I am a day late doing this one! But I’m glad, because I got to draw it in the park while listening to the AMAZING Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra! And the weather is perfect with a slight evening breeze, making the fact that I wore jeans seem like a good choice. 

I find that I enjoy drawing with pen so much more than pencil. It allows me to be free with my lines. And I enjoy the detail I can get. Even though someone can get a more hyper realistic image with pencil, I think our eyes are tricked into believing that a line drawing looks just as real. 

So have a happy Saturday evening, and if you’re lucky like me, you’re enjoying listening to the scores of Lord of the Rings, Star Trek, and we shall see what else!
