For the 100 day project (#The100DayProject), I decided to go hardcore and buy an entire new piece of equipment. Okay okay… I’d been wanting get an iPad for the sole reason of using the Procreate app and iPencil for a while, so I decided to just do it already, and then learn by doing this project! It’s been a lot of fun, and I’m a bit proud of myself for actually doing 100 things in 100 days instead of like 200 days like the last time I attempted a 100 day project.
Things I’ve learned:
- I still haven’t got the whole pixels and resolution figured out.
- You should have a set time to do something every day, you just won’t randomly obtain a habit. I still would forget after doing it for two months, and then get to 11:00 at night and crank out something mediocre. I was determined to do it though!
- Again, I’ll still never understand computery things. These uploaded all out of order.
- The truth behind this quote (hopefully not wrongly credited, I also see it credited to Bill Gates):
“Most people overestimate what they can do in a day, and underestimate what they can do in a month. We overestimate what we can do in a year, and underestimate what we can accomplish in a decade.” by Matthew Kelly from the book The Long View”
