Believe it or not, there are not too many pictures of people peeling off their own skin. Well except for sunburnt skin, but that wasn’t what I wanted to draw today. So I attempted to come up with my own idea. Whenever I try to draw a person, it usually comes out a bit caricature like. Which is okay I guess! One thing I hoped to accomplish through this drawing challenge was to hone in on my own drawing style. I think I’m starting to discover it, but still have a ways to go. Meaning, I’m not sure someone would see a drawing I did and go, “oh that’s a Pace.” I mean, that’s the main goal right? To be a famous enough artist that people just mention your last name and say, “Aah, yes, indubitably so… I can see her influencers, Van Gogh and Degas.”
